Effective Date: [08/05/25] At SmoothSeal Blacktop, we stand behind the quality of our work and your satisfaction is important to us. While all sales are considered final once the service is completed, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.
Refund Policy
​Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 7 days of the job being completed. We will:

Inspect the issue

Work with you to resolve it, which may include a touch-up, reapplication, or partial refund depending on the situation
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

Services completed as described with no defect or issue

Damage caused by vehicles, weather, sprinklers, oil stains, or other post-service conditions outside of our control

Customer requests made after 7 days from completion of service

Cracks or damage not disclosed prior to service that affect results
Deposits & Prepayments
If a deposit was collected to reserve your appointment:

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit
“Seal the Deal” Members
If you’re part of a bundled service plan:

Refunds are not provided once the first sealing service has been completed

If you cancel the plan early, you may be charged the full, non-discounted rate for services already rendered
